I’m a business development coach, strategist, and business owner. My work is all about helping lawyers and professionals bring in consistent clients through curious, confident conversations. And changing the story of what is possible to achieve in private practice.

I believe in dropping excuses and simple productivity solutions. Using LinkedIn as a platform to validate and share ideas, I help professionals engage in meaningful content and connections. For the last decade, I have committed myself to changing the way we think about work-life balance and tackling high stakes work, allowing for big careers and enjoying our free time.

Prior to founding my company, I practiced corporate law for 15 years and hold a history degree from the University of Michigan and a JD/MBA from the University of Iowa. I  completed my coach training and certification through New Ventures West and completed The Daring Way™ training, which is based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. My books, After Hello: How to Build a Book of Business One Conversation at a Time and Tell Me More: Building Trusted Client Relationships through Everyday Interactions share my common-sense approach to building business relationships and turning conversations into opportunities. I am a frequent speaker on podcasts, and at conferences, CLE programs, and facilitator of firm retreats for business development, productivity, networking, authenticity, and communication.

The Details

  1. Live Coaching: There are live coaching sessions each week where we get the work done real time. 

  2. Price: The Membership is $250/month or choose an annual pass for $2500. 

  3. Commitment. There is no long term commitment. If you wish to cancel, you must let us know before your renewal date.

One more note: In the spirit of full transparency, we’ve created an extraordinary program, but it’s not magic. It’s not a silver bullet. There’s no quick fix prescription available here (or anywhere that will actually get you where you want to go).
