Before we get started, please review and confirm your agreement with the fine print.

1. Access to the Associate Year Launch Program includes limited access to the #BizDeb Member Center and programs through January 30, 2026. Your access and participation in these programs is subject to the terms and conditions found in the Member Center, as may be amended from time to time.

2. You are responsible for your own success and decisions for you and your work.

3. By registering for this event, you agree to show up positive and ready to participate. You understand that small group breakout sessions may be used during some of the sessions and that attorneys of different levels of experience, practice areas, and firms are involved in the program. You agree it is your sole responsibility to determine what you share during the program, and to be respectful of other participants. You also understand that any violation of this may result in being asked to leave the program at Feder Development's sole discretion.

4. Schedules, content, and recordings may be reviewed, modified or removed at any time by Feder Development.

5. Some sessions may be recorded and shared through the work of Deb Feder and Feder Development. You are responsible for not sharing any confidential information, and know that there is no attorney-client privilege with Deb, or any member of the Feder Development team.

6. All materials included in Associate Year Launch, the Membership, and The #BizDeb Member Center are owned by Feder Development and may not distributed without express written permission.

7. It is expressly understood that there are no guarantees of business results and all examples of business results and client examples, are a result of many factors including effort, expertise, client opportunities, and market factors, which are not within Deb Feder or Feder Development's control.

8. Registration is subject to review and approval by Feder Development.
